Trainings, Consultations & Lectures

Targeted Implementation Support & Consultation

Our targeted implementation support & consultation (TISC) program is for schools and school teams that are ready to begin trauma-informed work in the planning & piloting phases of implementation. This may involve training and development with individual school or leadership teams for knowledge- and skill-building, consultation on specific concepts of trauma-informed practices, school walkthroughs and observations, and more.

Our TISC programming is a perfect opportunity for schools that may be interested in the Trauma-Informed Schools Project but may not be ready for larger system-level changes. Our typical TISC programming involves a monthly touchpoint with our team through consultations, observations, and/or trainings.

The list below outlines the different modules that are available as part of our TISC programming.

  • Foundations of Trauma & Learning
  • Trauma-Informed MTSS for Students
  • Trauma-Informed MTSS for Staff
  • Trauma-Informed MTSS for Families
  • Safe & Supportive Classroom Practices
  • Preventing Escalation & Emotional Co-Regulation in the Classroom
  • Trauma-Informed Youth Engagement Practices
  • Educator Wellbeing & Trauma Stewardship
